Razer Kraken Kitty USB headset disconnect issue [Semi-Solved]

I've been having an issue with my Razer Kraken Kitty USB headset - that being that it would disconnect with a "pop" sound every time the audio was too loud on something which got annoying quite quickly. I had it with a previous Kraken Kitty USB headset and since Razer troubleshooting didn't work, they sent me other one out. I was experimenting today as I just kept having the same issue with the new one and noticed that other people were too - with no solutions being posted anywhere. Then I thought maybe it was an issue with power? So I lowered the brightness of the headset lights using Synapse. It worked. I don't quite know why it works as I'm not exactly known for being good with hardware, but lowering the brightness of the headset lights means the audio stops cutting out when videos are full volume, so I figured I'd post it somewhere for other people with the same issue to see if it helps them. If anyone knows why it works and how to potentially make it so I can have full brightness and full volume at the same time, I'd really appreciate some kind of explanation!
