Trying to pair the app with my headset and it keeps failing. It can see them initially, but then fails to connect to them. Please help, I'm going crazy!

Can you check that the Razer Audio App is initially closed while you pair your headset to your mobile phone? If yes, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue.
