Hi,

 

Is my RAZER KRAKEN KITTY V2 PRO not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code? When I entered my serial number, I get error message:

Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. Please refer to 7.1 Surround Sound System For Gaming Headset for eligible products.

 

Can you confirm that my RAZER KRAKEN KITTY V2 PRO is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound?
