So about 3 or 4 days ago i got a razer kraken kitty v2 headset in black and when i connected it to my ps5 i was testing the sound quality and the volume on it sounded really really quiet and low so i tried using the volume wheel on the left headphone to raise the volume but it just doesnt work on my ps5 is there any ways to fix this or is it just stuck on this really low volume forever? ,Or do i need to plug it into a laptop use the volume wheel there then just plug it back into my ps5? ,Or do i need a mixer/amp system? ,An adapter or a usb hub?
