Razer Kraken Kitty wireless Edition no sound while talk friend in discord

this started with me yesterday, and i dont know whats wrong with my mic. i dont have the wireless, but i have the wired.

I just bough Kraken Kitty wireless and connect it to my pc bluetooth, when I palying game and while join dc, all I can hear is sound of my friend, there is no game sound and video sound. When I changing the headphone mode to hand-free AG mode, game sound come back but the sound quailty is so bad. how i can solve this issue?
