Razer Kraken Mercury Edition volume issue

Hello guys, I have bought myself new Krakens Mercury Edition today and after I plugged them in the volume is very low even though everything is set to 100% even the controller on the cable. I'm using the audio jack Krakens what means I can't use any version of Synapse. I have tried a lot of methods but I still can't seem to fix this. If anyone has something let me know please, I just bought these!
