Hi, yesterday I bought the new razer kraken and I have a problem with the mic. It works for a while and then becomes almost unhearable. It looks like there's a problem with the splitter, because when I move it there or push it in more (it's pushed to the max) it sometimes helps. Also i feel it could be a little louder. And also even when my mic is muted and i play music in high volume, it somehow sends the music to the others in chat, i read on the internet it could be also because of the splitter

Hey @Zuzuant! Thanks for posting this on our Support board. When did the issue start? Have you tested the headset to a different port on your PC? Does it still occur while connecting it to a different PC?
