Razer Kraken mic not working

Hello. Since an update my mic doesn't work. It is connected but it doesnt pick up any sound. i can hear audio but the mic just doesn't seem to work. does anyone know a solution?

    Hi there! What version of the Kraken are you using? Have you tried using it with another PC or device?
