Razer Kraken microphone problems

I have Razer Kraken headphones, and I haven't had any mistakes with these, until I connected them to my PC (I commonly use them on xbox), I was literally connecting them to the PC and I started my problem, I heard something strange or static noises connected on PC, xbox and cell phone, the cable is perfect and I have excellent audio, my problem is that and I have not had errors with these, until I connect them to my PC (commonly used on xbox), literally I was connecting them to the pc and I started mi problem, I hear strange or static noises when I'm connected to the pc, xbox and cell phone, the cable is perfect and I have excellent audio, my problem is that it doesn't recognize the microphone and just listens static I've already tried -Uninstall and uninstall the Pc -Update drive rs Excuse my English, I am of Mexican origin

    Hi there! Sorry for the late engagement of this thread. How's your headset? Were you able to contact our Support Team? If you haven't, allow me to help. Does the issue happen when Synapse is disabled or closed? Please exit all Razer processes in the Task Manager and use your Kraken headset and see if it behaves the same.
