Razer Kraken microphone problems.

Its gonna be hard to explain, but, im gonna try my best. The thing is that i use discord all the time, and since a couple of days ago, even if im muted from the headset, my boyfriend can hear sound from my headset (ie youtube, games, etc, but not voice, he should not hear ANYTHING from my side if im muted). Only dissappear if i lower the sensivity but that also fucked up the sensivity of my voice when we talk on discord. I tried everything, changing settings from discord and from computer, nothing works, and he still can hear sound from my computer even if im muted. What should i do? Thank you in advance.
