razer kraken multi platform wired gaming headset

hi all, hope you can assist me pls - i bought the headset and on my computer which is ALL IN ONE don't have two aux for the audio+mic (only 1) apprently it's not working but when i checked the headset with my phone it seems to OK . i bought USB adapter that has those 2 aux exit but again - not working .... my son is very dissapointed please anyone can asisst us what should we do ? guess something with the setting or software ? . take care and hope to hear from someone soon .

      When directly plugged into the PC, are you at least getting audio output? Please send me a PM with the serial number of the headset you have so I can verify the variant along with photos of how the current setup looks like.

      tnx for the reply Razer.Caziel . after several attempts and with the technical support of the local company which i've purchased the headset from we succeed to oprate the mic . it was great to see my boy "smile" again :wink_: . take care and have a great day !!!!
