Razer kraken mute button not working

I have a Razer Kraken pro v2 and everybody can har me whether i have my Headset muted or Not. Any ideas how to fix it ore where It comes from ?

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds that we can try.
