Razer Kraken Not Detected

I bought my Razer Kraken headphones in April of 2019. Whenever I plug them into my Razer blade stealth, they aren't detected under sound devices. And yes, that is with disabled and disconnected devices showing. I can hear audio through them, but the microphone isn't picked up at all. I've been troubleshooting and searching the internet for hours now. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers and updating drivers. No matter what I do, they don't show up as an individual device on my pc. They won't show up as either headphone OR headset. I'd like to be able to use my mic, but I've literally never been able to. Can anyone help?
