Razer Kraken not recognized and mic not working
Hi guys.
Recently bought a Razer Kraken but it is not recognized in the device manager so I cannot select it to activate the mic. Therefore, the Kraken`s mic is not working. I found several users in the web with similiar problems but no real fix for it.
I only can see "Microphone" which is the blade`s own mic and "Stereo Mix (Realtek Audio)" - whatever that is.
Is there a quick fix in the settings for this?
UPDATE: when I use a USB C adapter and plugin the headset into the USB C port on the right side, it works.
Is my left headphone jack broken or is it not able to handle a headset with mic?

Hi there, to test if it’s not your Blade Port defect try with multiple devices, like using other headphones with mic or trying the kraken on other audio device if you have any. Blade audio is Multi, mic and sound.
I’ll change the tag to support and hope staff will pick you up there and to help address the issue.

JoikansaiWell...a clean Windows installation solved the issue. For whatever reason. Seemed to be some driver or settings issue
