i just bought razer kraken pro v2 and it doesnt iclunde the activation key for surround pro ....what should i do for this?

You should receive the code via email in 2 days after registering the headset here.

Similar situation. Registered headphones, but the code does not come.

If you haven't received the code after 2 days, the quickest way to get one is to contact our Software Team's Live Chat Support. They can generate Surround Pro codes in real time.

Update: As per our Software Team, the code generation for Surround Pro is currently suspended. There is an ongoing major update to the module and code generation will resume as soon as the update is completed.
