I have purchased the Razer Kraken Pro V2 Black a few months back before xmas and the New Year. I recently have been having a problem where the wire does not detect sound from the microphone. Pink is set as "Mic in" because there's no real other option under Realtek and my Headphones are set to "Headphones" because that's what they are. The device has had minimal issues as of late, but I was in a call with my partner and accidentally tugged on the audio/mic splitter. Suddenly, they couldn't hear me but I could hear them fine. The audio part is working perfectly fine, but now the microphone isn't.
If anyone has tips or knows what to do to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated. I've tried nearly everything so far including restarting the pc, unplugging the wires and replugging them, messing with settings in sound manager and in Realtek HD Audio Manager (reverted everything after testing to have the original settings) and even contacted customer support (he was super nice and suggested I send the device to be replaced under the manufacturers warranty but I'd like to see if there's a fix for this first cuz there are so many things that could go wrong with sending the package).

Hi there! Have you tried using another splitter? Also, please try to use another device and see if the same issue persists.

I have recently purchased a new splitter, which seems to be working well enough. I'd still like to know though if it's possible to replace the original splitter that comes with the device without replacing the headphones entirely. I like that the Razer splitter gives an extra few feet of cable. The one I'm using is like 3 inches, which kinda sucks.
Thanks for the reply. I see. Can you PM me the serial number of your Kraken Pro V2? Make sure to include the link to this thread in the PM.
