Razer Kraken Pro V2 audio sounds distorted when Surround Sound is On

Recently ,I have been having this problem where my Kraken Pro V2 sounds a bit distorted when I listen to music with surround sound on. Once I disable surround sound, there is no distortion. I have tried reinstalling surround sound, updating my Realtek High Defenition audio drivers(which are the audio drivers I use) , and also reinstalling Razer synapse 2.0, but there seems to be no luck. I would appreciate the help to a solution of this problem, thanks.

    Hi there! When did this issue start? Also, have you tried using other analog headsets to see if the same issue persists?

    I haven't plugged any other analog headphones with surround sound on. This issue started once I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
