So i had this problem for a while now my razer mic is not detecting, but it detects on my ps4 i can't seem to find it in sound what should i do??? My mic also doesn't detect in synapse and i registered it...

    Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Kraken Pro V2's concern here. By the way, the Razer Synapse will only detect USB-type headsets. If you want to tweak your headset's sound settings, you need to use Razer Surround Sound or another native/third-party audio equalizing software. If in case the mic is still not working, feel free to send me a PM. Let's continue from there.
