Razer Kraken Pro v2 super low volume in PS4.
I read that the RKPv2 low volume issue was fixed on PS4 a while back, so I just snagged them up from Best Buy and unfortunately the in game volume is still ridiculously low. I can feel the bass in them so I know they have the ability to sound great, and the chat audio is perfectly fine, but just the actual gameplay volume is extremely low. I've turned the game audio volume setting all the way up, turned the knob on the inline remote all the way up, still no luck.. Any tips before I return these?

Hello there! Have you tried using the Kraken Pro V2 with another device to see if the issue persists? You might also want to check your Audio settings, like the game/chat balance since you mentioned that the low volume only applies to the game.

I am facing the same issue, connected Razer Kraken Pro V2 in DS4 mic port, turned volume to max in PS4 Audio setting, but volume is not getting high.
I used same headset on Iphone6s, Note8, and it is having good high volume.
