I purchased the Kraken Tournament edition (RZ04-0205) through amazon last year in may, and I have never registered the product so I understand it is not under any sort of warranty. Unfortunately the cable broke at the point where it meets the volume control, however I believe I could repair it with a replacement cable. I have been unable to find one for purchase so far and I'd really like to be able to save the headset (everything else woks great). Hoping someone here could provide some insight or suggestions.
