Razer Kraken TA headphones preventing pc from sleep

When USB is plugged in the pc instantly wakes up. It's the Synapse software, when it's not installed it doesn't occur. Chat support didn't help resolve so they forward to RMA(but since this is software related replacing won't help anything). I also tried setting process priorities to low, reinstalling the USB root hubs, unplug/uninstall the PS4 dualshock that I occasionally use and basically tried every post on google, but no success. Windows update didn't help as well. Recently I upgraded my bios, then I donwgraded thinking it may have to do something but same. Finally I'd just like to add that I have been using these for few months without this issue, it started recently but I don't know the cause. Any recommendation?

      Hi again, after countless hours I found the issue. Is the game ready driver in combination with synapse 3(one without the other work perfectly fine). If i stick to the driver that windows installs automatically all is good but like this there is no way to have up to date GPU drivers and use THX in synapse 3. I hope there would be a patch to this, I tried all the game ready drivers(newest to oldest) listed on the official nVidia site. My GPU is Gigabyte geForce 2060 Super.
