Razer Kraken TE deafens games

Hi all, so I purchased the Razer Kraken tournament edition today, and at first, was very impressed with the overall quality of the headset and the features. Main problem is however, whenever I game while playing it, I get little to no audio coming from the game, and this isn't fixed by toggling the game-chat slider. I use discord as a chat app, and when I join a call or someone speaks, I get no audio from the game. This mainly only happens while using the USB audio controller, but the game is still deafened immensely even when I don't use the controller. Thanks in advance, I really need a fix for this.
