Razer Kraken TE mic volume issues.

So I just recently purchased the Razer Kraken TE wired headphones and love the sound for the headphones. My issue though is when Im in discord, I am able to hear everyone and unless everybody else has their game volume turned all the way down, they cannot hear me very well. I have ensured that my sound drivers are all updated, I have gone to my computer sound settings and turned my mic volume all the way up from there. I also went into my Razer Central program and turned my mic volume all the way up and turned my mic sensitivity all the way to 0, and did the same thing in discord. I love the headphones and don't want to return them, but if my friends cant even hear me in game then there's no point in me using them. I hope someone can help out.

so just tried the headset on PlayStation and the mic works perfectly, used the mic on a different computer and it works perfectly, so its my computer but im not sure where to go from here. All drivers on my computer are up to date, just verified them all. I have looked through all of my volume controls and they are all set up correctly. I have no clue what it could possibly be. Any help is appreciated!
