I recently purchased a Razer Kraken TE and everytime I plug it into the THX audio controller there is a constant low static noise, is there anything I can do to eliminate this?

There is a constant low static noise

That hum noise or (EMI) noise is from THX, bcuz its a mini sound controller that uses USB to powerup, it catches all EMI from your computer

> if you are using laptop the source of EMI is your charger, so if you disconnect your charger, the hum noise will go away.

> if you are PC user, then you need to EARTH your pc, or use EMI / EMC / RFI / Surge eliminator.

- Your case is EMI

EMI
is the interference caused by an electromagnetic disturbance which affects the performance of a device. Sources of EMI can be environmental, such as electrical storms and solar radiation but more usually will be another electronic device or electrical system.

RFI
If the interference is in the radio frequency spectrum it is also known as radio frequency interference

EMC
is a measure of a device's ability to operate as intended in its shared operating environment while, at the same time, not affecting the ability of other equipment within the same environment to operate as intended.

Simple solution:
Use a wire and bound any metal valve and your PC case.
or if you already have EARTH in your house , use that.
