Razer Kraken TE Surround sound code lost.

I've received my Razer Kraken TE like a few hours ago and forgot to scratch it off. When I did, the few numbers of it I couldn't really get. At that point I got a little disappointed and threw it away. Is there any way I could receive a new code or do I have to just go without the extra features.

    Hi there! Please be aware that the Razer Kraken TE's audio settings can be controlled through Raze Synapse 3.0.
