I bought my produck 1 week ago. There is a problem that when I'm watching video or playing games I hear a static voice for every 30 second. I don't understand why It's happening but it started to disturb me. Razer Synapse working correctly.

I found that problem happens when I plug with Thx Controller, how can I fix that?

I bought a Kraken TE about a week ago as well. I also get static but it's whenever there is sound (music, games, even windows system sounds). Even when there is nothing playing I get some quiet static and it's starting to hurt my ears. Maybe our problems are related?
