Razer Kraken Tournament Edition Audio Issue

Hello, I have been having this problem lately where the audio on one of the sides will become quieter than the other on my headset. Luckily I have been able to fix this issue by turning the dial to increase the volume on the in-line audio switch even though its already maxed out, and that has been fixing it but I was wondering if there was something that could make it permanent so that I don't keep having this issue? ~Thanks
