Hey there, I've gone and bought a kraken tournament edition (to be honest, wasn't by my own volition) because my last headset broke and holy hell the audio quality is trash. I've looked it up and most videos (who happen to also have affiliate links in the description) say the audio is great but I basically went from crystal clear audio to what I can only describe is like having 2 cats on the side of my head with speakers inside their stomachs. I've gone into razer synapse and actually made the audio sound good, however that only works for the 1 video/game I was customizing it for. Once I swap to any other video or game it once again sounds terrible because, you won't believe this, not everyone's voice is the same pitch nor do games all use the same sounds. Is there some kind of fix to this? I've reverted to using my old headset that was snapped by applying tape however this fix wont last forever. Anyone got any ideas or links to any fixes?



p.s. I have tried changing the bass on the weird usb plug in thing with the thx (The hell does the thx thing do anyways? I've tried turning it off and on while listening to things or playing games and to be real with you, it just makes everything sound worse), I've messed with razer synapse and have tried others settings, and I have tried using it without the thx box thing. If any of you got any ideas, basically anything let me know, i've been searching the internet for some but all I've gotten were the things I listed just above and about 5 or so form posts of people getting off topic and talking about what other brand headsets to buy...
