My Razer Kraken Tournament edition headset cannot be found by synapse, my computer detects it and makes it the default device (I also did it manually as described by the manual) but when i launch synapse 3.0, they are not located by the program. I was on chat with support for 3 hours and i deleted and reinstalled synapse 3 times and as well as the reconnected the headset to 4 different ports but for some reason they were not found. I've tried everything like clearing all the program files, restarting my computer and uninstalling it from device manager but to no avail. Any help is appreciated.
