Hi there,
I have no clue if anyone has experienced this before but i have a strange feeling to do with the Razer Synapse update in which i have just downloaded and now i am unable to use my headphones because of it. There is a weird and very loud almost crackling sound whenever i plug my headset into the USB ports of my computer, i have tried all the ports and still the same sound. There is a short gap between this sound and then it occurs again repeatedly until i disconnect the headset.
I really have no clue what has caused this because they were working completely fine until i did the recommended updates on Razer and now i cant play anything or hear my friends. When switching between game and chat for the playback, neither work, chat is super quiet and then game causes the weird sound to return. I really am puzzled and have got no clue how to fix this. I've cleaned the inside of my computer and made sure there were no specs of dust in the way. The updates stated they would change settings which i usually change back with no harm however this time i can't do anything to fix this problem
Any help would be largely appreciated.

Furthermore, my external microphone is no longer working either
Hi there! Let me help you out with this. Does the crackling noise happen if Synapse is closed? Also, have you tried using it with another PC to see if the same issue persists? What is the build number of your Synapse?
