Hello, i recently bought Razer Kraken TE for my 29th birthday and had no issues with them till last month when i received latest update of Razer Synapse which started to plague my headset with issues, first the game/chat balance doesn't work well, only Game side produces the audio then recently from this week suddenly they just stopped working completely after a certain period of time, i even used Windows audio testing thing, it produces an "failed to play audio tone" and certain games like Need For Speed just doesn't play all audio channels and just audio is there and then it isn't and then it's back again. Is there any solution to this, i'm using a Windows 7 PC.
