Razer kraken tournament edition weird noise when plugged in with the dongle

I am having the same problem, if you find a fix please let me know.

So I recently bought those and had nothing but problems, so I returned and purchased Kraken 2019 and have had nothing but problems with these too... Just so disappointing because I loved the last set of Razer headphones I had. The Kraken 7.1 Chroma worked great with no issues and I used for years... Now I have tons of issues with 2 separate other Razer headphones within first few hrs and they were more expensive than the 7.1's.... Just ridiculous... Taking these 2019 back getting my money and spending it more wisely

These takes aren't helping anyone. I understand that you are frustrated with the devices you got but that doesn't mean you can just spread salt all over the forums. I'll give you a pass this time around but I will be locking this thread down before any sort of fire starts.
