Hello!



Few days ago I purchased another Razer headset "Kraken Ultimate" and for the first time in using Razer products I got an issue.

It just randomly starts to disconnect and connect back in either Windows 11 and MacOs too.

I tried some guides with disabling power saving, disabling usb control and turning power off by PC and nothing helped.

Removing synapse and installing again also doesn't help. The issue seems to be completely random. Sometimes I can use the headset without an issue for an hour or two and sometimes it goes crazy and keeps disconnecting every few seconds or minutes.



Is there some way to fix it other than guides in the internet about USB connectivity?

Does the issue happen while the Razer Synapse is disabled or closed? If it does, then it is a possible hardware issue. If the device is still within its warranty period, please utilize it by requesting a replacement. I’ll be locking this thread now.
