Razer Kraken Ultimate (mic sensitivity issue)


Greetings to everyone! I'd like to get feedback from the owners of the Razer Kraken Ultimate headset. Please check if you have such a problem as in my video and if so, please write about it down below. Please watch the video carefully and to the end with sound. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NUu4gQKRUW8 Razer technical support believes that this could be a hardware problem with the headset, but my friend has exactly the same headset and has exactly the same problem. Testing the headset on other computers didn't lead to anything, everything is exactly the same. I'm almost sure that this is a problem with the Synapse 3 utility, but for some reason they cannot fix it. Thank you in advance for your feedback.

Hello! Thanks for the reply. Actually, I already created a ticket and contacted technical support. What does PM mean? Did you mean the model or serial number?
