Razer Kraken Ultimate -Microphon mute at TS joining

Greetings,

 

i have since nearly 4 weeks the problem, that my microphon mutes if i join TS. I used TS5 & TS6. The Problem is still persist, also after reinstall TS & Razer software. (Razer Synapse 4.0.86.2505070637)

 

The microphon is deactivated at the Razer Software & after turning it on again all works fine. (after this i can close TS and opene it again without muted Mic)

 

Any Clues?

Seems like the Problem occurs on every startup. So the Mic is always muted after restart/start.

 

So it doesnt have anything to do with TS overall, it seems.
