I’ve had this problem for weeks now. My mic sounds completely fine within the synapse app, but isn’t being picked up anywhere else. I’ve reinstalled all Razer apps multiple times and even did a fresh install of Windows to no avail. I want to note that I tried my headset on my partner’s computer, and it worked fine; additionally, I tried her own Razer Kraken Kitty Edition on my PC and it worked fine.
I tried to submit a support ticket, but they would not let me since the warranty expired on my device - yippee...
