Razer Kraken Ultimate Microphone Works Inside Razer Synapse But Not Outside

I have a Razer Kraken Ultimate and my microphone has basically stopped working, when I test my microphone in razer synapse, it works fine but outside of razer synapse, my microphone is picked up at about 1% volume and I have no idea why. I have tried a lot of support video's and suggestions but nothing has fixed it. Please help.

I've sadly not found a fix no, the support team is just completely ignoring my messages now…. Gotta love Razer Support
