Razer Kraken Ultimate New Update Issue

All my EQ’s are messed up, all custom profiles are reverted to 0 across all levels, importing profile synapse3 file does not work, and the rest of the general issues that others have been having once the November 6th update came out.

    Feel your pain, chief. The sound is completely distorted after the update. I’m in the process of looking for a fix. Have you found one?

    Not really sadly, some people recommended stuff with restore points or driver fixes but nothing has really solved the issue for me personally, still just waiting on a fix or any feedback.

    got it running back to normal. after speaking to a Razer tech there is a file “device detection troubleshoot tool”. I uninstalled all the razer programs, reinstalled it,  applied it to my razer folder, followed the steps, and viola - it worked! good luck!

    I might have to ask the same. I really don’t want to remove all of my razer devices though because those include mouse and keyboard...
