Razer Kraken Ultimate - Not Detected by Synapse 4

Dear Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am reaching out regarding an issue with my Razer Kraken Ultimate headset. Unfortunately, the device is not being detected by Razer Synapse 4 software.

Could you please advise me on possible solutions to resolve this issue?
