I have recently bought the Razer Kraken Ultimate, but after about 2-3 weeks, the volume wheel isn't working no more. Whenever I turn it, it doesn't change the volume level. The volume does show up but doesn't change it. Any fix for this?

Does the issue happen while the headset is connected to another USB port or computer? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM or submit a case to our Support Team. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
