Razer Kraken Ultimate way too loud

Even at volume 10 on Windows it is way too loud. In game it may sound fine if I turn the game volume down, but gunshots/explosions are WAY TOO LOUD. Sound normalization did not help. Is there a fix for this? A setting I'm missing? Because with analog P2 headsets I'd just turn on Loudness Equalization and everything would be fine.

      Were you able to adjust the settings from the enhancement tab and the slider under the EQ tab? Try connecting the headset to another USB port or computer and see if the issue remains.
