I’ve had The razer Kraken V2’s for a very long time now.(no need to change them they have been great)
I never registered them nor did my Naga mouse. Didn’t need to, and didn’t even realize that was a thing, everything always worked. I had 7.1 audio, I know, because I used it. I recently re built my PC, fresh windows etc. and now I need an activation code to use the headset with the features I paid for? what?
I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get an activation code after registering both my devices. Obviously I don’t have the box anymore and I really do not remember using an activation code when they were first set up on my PC to begin with but I know I had 7.1, I used the app to calibrate it more than once.
If this is a trend that will continue with razer products, I will definitely be moving away from this brand. It honestly makes zero sense for this to be a thing.
So Is there a way to get an activation code or do I write off razer Products due to what feels kind of scummy?
