Razer Kraken V3 HyperSense, I didn't get the activation code for surround sound 7.1

Hello, Like the title said I didn't receive an activation code for surround sound, not only that but the sound of my headset is muffled like if I was underwater, changing bass seemed to help but it doesn't feel right my speaker are less muffled, I hope that surround sound change it but ye I did not receive any activation code I registered my product on my account waited a few hours but no E-mail or whatsoever regarding the activation code

    The Razer Kraken V3 is not part of the compatible 7.1 Surround Sound headsets.
