Razer Kraken v3 Hypersense just stopped working...

I didnt drop or damage the headset just stopped working. Its a wired usb-a headset Its not even showing that its connected to the pc. Help im on day 2 of trying to solve this and im really close to buying a different headset. I NEED A HERO!!

    Ive tried a different pc and all of my usb ports on both pcs and nothing will turn them on and register that they are in fact a pair of working electronics as far as im concerned theyre just a brick right now :(
