Every time i'm speaking on discord, the earphones start buzzing on the left side. Tried reinstalling Synapse and many other things pleas help thanks :)

I appreciate that you performed some troubleshooting steps on your own. Anyway, is your device connected via a wired connection or wireless connection? For now, please perform the steps provided in this guide as they may fix the issue.
