I got these headphones (Kraken V3 Pro) as a warranty replacement for my Nari Ultimates last year, they’ve worked great until this week. The volume level is super low, adjusting the settings in both Windows as well as in synapse app, disabled the enhancements in windows, software updates, etc. I did the troubleshooting. It also cracks in and out as you’re talking. I think the Mic is bad, it’s detachable so not a huge deal, except there is no replacement mic on the razer site, and ones that say compatible on amazon have reviews that say it wouldn’t fit. I think because the hole is recessed and is sort of keyed to fit a certain way.
