My headphones used to work perfectly, but all of a sudden started not working anymore. When I go on youtube it says something like : “audio connection failed”. When I go on spotify, the music does not play and says: “Spotify can’t play this right now, if you have the file on your computer you can import it.” I have tried to see if my pc was the problem by testing sounds and videos with my other devices/headphones, but they all worked perfectly fine. It seems to be an issue that only occures with the razer kraken v3 headphones.

Nevermind. I don’t know what I did. I plugged in my old razer headphone’s usb instead of my kraken usb. Plugged my kraken usb back in. Plugged my mic into my kraken headset (it was disconnected), and turned on my mic using the button on the headset, and it miraculously started working again. I have no idea how that happened aha.
