Hello everyone.. after the update, my microphone is not audible at all... I can only hear it well only by completely uninstalling synapse and uninstalling the drivers. but without synapse the sound of the headphones is as terrible as possible. help me please

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your Razer Kraken V3 Pro microphone after an update. To start with, I recommend that you try resetting your headphones to their default settings. You can do this by pressing and holding the volume up and down buttons for 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes white.

If that doesn't solve the issue, try updating the Synapse software to the latest version. You can do this by opening the Synapse software and checking for updates in the settings menu.

If the problem persists, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the drivers for the headphones. To do this, go to Device Manager, find your headphones under "Audio inputs and outputs", right-click on them and select "Uninstall device". Then download and install the latest drivers from the Razer website.
