Razer Kraken v3 Pro audio goes away

I just got my new razer kraken v3 pro and I have a problem that when I turn on my headset for the first time there's no audio at all but razer synapse and my computer still recognizes that the headset is on. I have turn back the headset on 2 or 3 times in order to finally work, but my headset will have volume at max for a couple of seconds and then go back to normal which can be really annoying. Sometimes when I try to listen to music on spotify or watch a youtube video the same thing happens and there's no audio at all but it still says that my headset is on. I tried to uninstall and reinstall razer synapse but so far nothing has really helped so if anyone has a solution please let me know.

    It is bug within synapse software since start of sale. If you close the synapse it will work, but rest of the things will stop work which is unacceptable, the more if you have another razer peripherals. Do you have also volume control wheel issue where at some point aprox 50-75% area right side is louder? Also do you notice charging issue? never stops and never fully charged. Due to this i ended up to RMA it once, and second time returned the headset for a full refund. ( still waiting for them to process it so i can get my money)

      I suffer the same things as you said. I mainly use them with console so those issues are not that bad to me. However there are some other issues like Dino said that happen all the time. I've just received my RMA set and their the same. Don't really know what to do as I love the headset but it's not acceptable to have faults on a £200 headset

      yeah i feel the same, great build, great overall quality... but these issues are unacceptable for this price tag. I understand ppl using it for consoles are not gonna face half of the issues and somebody wont even notice some hw issues. But there is nowhere written its for consoles only :)

      I have the exact same issues! Haven't been able to find a solution. Very frustrating.
