Razer Kraken V3 Pro few proboems...

Hi.

A few days ago, I became the owner of several Razeer products.

Among them are the wireless Kraken V3 Pro headphones.

At first there was no problem.

Yesterday I wanted to talk over the microphone and it started.

I turned them on, everything looked normal, you could see the sound in the panel, but no sound was coming out of the headphones.


I removed them from the control panel (windows 10) and added them again - the sound appeared again.


The second problem arose when I started talking on the microphone. Hear some whistling sound in the left earphone, as if resonating. Has anyone had a similar problem?

Try to reinstall its driver in the device manager and follow the steps here for further isolation. If you're experiencing the same issue, PM me the serial number so I can check its model specifications and look for other workarounds to help you resolve the problem.
